On behalf of Paul and myself, we thank everyone who helped to get us included in the Eve Online Blog Pack.

According to Paul, the number of unique hits per day has risen from around 100 to 200. \o/

    Congrats on getting on the blog pack. I’m just getting into EVE and having a lot of fun reading this blog. I’m currently in a carebear corp trying to make some bank, but you guys make me want to start a pirate alt.

    Tangent: I was reading this entry (http://www.mylootyourtears.com/?p=69) and wanted to make a comment, but its closed. So I’ll make it here. Michella says, “Carebears say ninjas don’t provide any valuable service to the EvE community at large.” Silly carebears. The point of EVE is that there is no safety. Ninjas remind us of that. If AFK mining was perfectly safe, EVE would be a WoW PVE server. You could sit there doing easy work, making money, and buying whatever pretty things you want. But then you get level 80 Hunters running instances who don’t know how to use a ranged weapon, or what a kill order is. EVE is an arms race. Get smart, get a good fit, get friends, or get dead.

    Thanks, Doc. I think in the same way. CCP intended for a game that forces player interaction, and we help with that =)
